1 The hour(s) will be paid before the session defined in agreement between the buyer and the coach.
2) Make sure you have a very good internet connection.
3) Loss of playing time due to a faulty connection will not be reimbursed. (Except in cases of force majeure such as power cuts or serious health problems).
4) Please use respectful language throughout the coaching session. In the event of non-compliance, the coach reserves the right to terminate the course prematurely.
